AMY Holdings LLC has acquired a 14.02-acre site with existing improvements along State Highway 82. Phase 1 of development includes a 12-bed advanced acute care hospital, equipped with full diagnostic capabilities and comprehensive surgical services. Approximately 8 acres of open land remain reserved for future expansion.

The hospital will feature state-of-the-art surgical and diagnostic equipment, with all imaging systems designed to meet or exceed industry standards for low radiation dosage.
